The Last Antibodies closes the Evil Robots Series, and it works in two movements. The first goes into the body: the biometric key you cannot change, the genetic database that identifies you through relatives who never consented, the brain-computer interface and the question of who holds administrator rights over the organ that generates the self, the programmable molecule whose payload is a variable, not a constant. Whoever owns the substrate your body runs on owns every layer stacked on top of it — and you cannot leave your own body.

The second movement counts the cost. For each layer of the apparatus there was someone who saw it early and said so out loud: a researcher who read the memo and did the arithmetic, a scientist who would not sign the clause, a laureate who warned from the one podium the machinery could not reach, a mother sent an automated letter about a debt her dead son never incurred. They were fired, sued into silence, erased, and in more than one case worse. An immune system works by telling self from other; the witnesses are the last cells that still could, counted here because that capacity is going extinct.

Like its companion volumes, every advance is documented with its receipt and every death stated once, on the record, no cause adjudicated — intent attributed to named actors, never asserted. Every claim sourced.
